Minoryacoffee is not a coffee shop.

The word Minorya means Minority in Tagalog, Philippine’s language.

We are a small coffee farm in the Philippines, based in Philadelphia, that works with other small backyard coffee farms in the Philippines by gifting Liberica beans to encourage them to keep farming.

We work directly with small backyard coffee farmers, sell our coffee beans to small businesses and coffee lovers, and host coffee tastings across the US.

Our process is as sustainable as it gets: we plant and harvest the beans by hand, sift them by hand, and roast only sun-dried beans. The farmers feed the coffee trees with love, attention, care, water, and the sun. We import our coffee beans from the Philippines.
